Over the holidays, I was asked to review some apps for food logging. My team and I had just launched our own app [product name], so I figured we’d be good to go. But when I started researching, I realized that there are so many different ways to log food that it was nearly impossible to decide which one to use. That’s why I put together a list of the best apps for food logging in 2018.
There is a huge variety of apps on the market today, but these are the top ones in my opinion:
1) Lose It! – Log food right on your phone.
2) MyFitnessPal – If you have an Apple Watch or iPhone, this is an awesome app because it lets you know when you’ve been doing something active so you can set reminders to keep moving.
3) Fatsecret – This app is perfect if you want rounded statistics about everything you eat and drink, including calories, fat grams, and carbohydrates.
4) DietBet – This app lets you bet money that you’ll lose a certain amount of weight by a certain date and then gives you an editable chart with all your results.
5) Fooducate – This app lets you find out which foods are most likely to cause
