  • MS Paint you read that right. I’m mainly recommending this since it’s not that complicated and you can still do a lot with it. It’s also free (hehehehe)
  • Smoothdraw this one’s already been mentioned before in a different answer. It doesn’t have a lot of options, but it’s pretty easy to use and it’s free
  • Gimp (FREE) you probably already heard about this one since it’s the first program EVERYONE recommends for drawing. It can be very tricky if you want to make more complicated pictures with it, but for simple drawings it should be enough.
  • Paint . NET (FREE) it’s not a website. It’s also more meant as a photo editing app. However it’s pretty easy to use for both wacom tablets and a mouse.
  • FireAlpaca (FREE) I haven’t fully tried this one yet, but this program receives a lot of praise for being a pretty powerful drawing program. It seems a lot more complicated than the former programs, but it should be fairly easy to figure out what’s what. It’s also free which is a HUGE plus.
  • Krita (FREE) I’m mainly putting this one here since I don’t know if you use Linux or not. If you do, then this program is the best option for that. It’s a lot more complicated though. So it will take some time to get used to.
  • Paint Tool Sai (PAID) I use this program for drawing mostly and would recommend it to everyone who want’s brushes who blend easily. It’s fairly easy to get used to and has amazing brush packets. It isn’t free though, but there are enough illegal versions floating around if you can’t afford it. (Do try to support the developer if you can)
  • Photoshop (PAID) you probably saw this one coming, but this one is by FAR the program that get’s recommended for drawing with a wacom tablet. There are a lot of options that are pretty complicated at the start, but for drawing it’s pretty straightforward. Again same thing as wit SAI. It’s not free, but there are probably illegal versions EVERYWHERE (again try to support the developer).
